I have been looking around on this site, and a few others, now for a few months, and I was wondering if anyone knew of any ownership subculture events that take place in the northwestern region of America.. specificly Washington State. Most of the information I have been able to find is aimed at members of the subculture that live on the other side of the Atlantic, and either I've missed it, or there is little to no information I can find that is aimed at my neck of the woods. Everyone else, If you're ever in the Seattle area, I would highly advise checking out the Wetspot. It has a very friendly crowd, and last night was probably the most profound and intense night of my life. I assume you're looking specifically for M/s-oriented as opposed to bdsm-oriented events? Have you checked out MAsT (Masters And slaves Together)? They're nice people and put on good events. MAST has very little presence in Washington STATE (not DC) The Wet Spot is the clearing house for all things kinky in Seattle including monthly owners/slaves discussion group etc. Their monthly online newsletter also offers sex news/events from many other sources. Membership at last count is around 8,000 (not all active). The festival mentioned in Portland is called Kinkfest or you can look up the Portland Leather Alliance who sponsors Kinkfest. There were over 500 attendees this year. I honestly think that Kinkfest is the most friendly leather conference in the nation but that is subjective. Oh to the OP; Welcome. V
