I'm new here, but not new to the lifestyle. I've been interested in it for as long as I can remember. Actually, when I was a kid, I always wanted to be the person in distress in games (kidnapped princess, prisoner), and if being tied up was involved, so much the better! Even at a young age, being tied up or captured turned me on a bit, though I had no idea what that feeling was at the time. My passions are photography, music, nature, and travel. I'm studying to be a wildlife biologist, so perhaps it's redundant, but I love animals and science. I love learning and am always reading something; my record is about a hundred books in a ten month span. Some of my "hobby" learning interests are sociology, psychology, and anthropology, all of which I find immensely fascinating. I have a massive brain crush on the brilliant Desmond Morris, who masterfully blends zoology and anthropology. One of the best compliments I've ever gotten was being called a "naughty librarian", I suppose it's the glasses. If they only knew how naughty I really am, ha ha. I'm Wiccan, though not really practicing, but I do believe the tenets and part of the reason I'm studying in the natural resources field is because of these; I feel it's my duty to do what I can to make a difference and to try to be a champion for Mother Nature. I'm easy-going, polite, open-minded, tolerant, passionate, loyal, honest, direct, and people seem to think I'm funny. I cannot stand injustice and I always root for the underdog. I'm currently single and untethered, but I harbor dreams of meeting a naturally dominant woman who wants to both date *and* top me. I don't think I'd be well-suited to the 24/7 lifestyle because I'm very independent and chafe under constant micromanagement, which brings out my bratty, rebellious side. However, what I hope to find is similar to 24/7, just more flexible, I guess. I'm pretty excited I found this site, it seems like a great community and the discussions are thoughtful.
