Thank you, Tanos, it looks wonderful. A little about me: i am 30 and have been a full-time sex slave since i was 22, but i knew what i was meant to be when i was very young. Slavery for me has been everything i dreamed of and so much more. My Master is known online as Michelangelo, and he has owned me, with one interruption, since he purchased me from my first owner in July of 1998. We will be married this fall, and i am deeply and humbly honored that he will soon make me his wife as well as his slave. i was so very moved when he enrolled me on the Slave Register in January as SLRN 399996, now 000-399-996. i wear my number privately but very proudly: He had it engraved on a medallion which hangs from the ring through my triangle piercing just behind my clit, and it is never removed and i hope never will be. i am required to keep a journal of sorts of my life as his slave on www.LiveJournal.com, just look for ravenna_amorosa. i thank my master every day for owning me and loving me, and i also wish all the slaves and owners here every happiness in their lives together. That is: I started down this path from an interest in (mind) control and humiliation. Have practised hypno for a while, both in D/s and out of it (smoking cures, if anyone is interested). The gulf? Oh, yes: on the one hand, I would consider myself an aging perv with an interest in some extreme sexual play (see above). And most of this interest is shared by redcat. On t'other hand... enslavement seems to meet a very different need within our ongoing relationship - above and beyond the sexual (not that it doesn't go there, too). But in many ways it feels like it is backing into a very old-fashioned 50's-style marriage. Wish list: we would love to meet more of you.... but we find getting out to munches a little impractical: so whilst I may regret this, our doors are fairly open to anyone not certifiable and who would like to socialise one weekend (or evening). And beyond that...would love the time and place for ourselves to join other D/s couples in a formal D/s get-together. A dinner, perhaps, rather than a play party. Girl has lived with John for a little over two years and He is her first full time Master. Though she was owned once before that in a play/weekend context (that never felt right)... submission never felt like something to be turned on or off with the wearing of a weekend collar. However with three kids in the equation it tends to be something that fluctuates, some days there is more ripple in the ice-cream than others... there are enjoyable bursts of pure intense raspberry and sometimes just the knowledge that the raspberry is there at all... but raspberry ripple it always is. To that end..there is ambivalence in the contact with others wending their ways through the confusions... it is positive and helpful not to feel alone and at times stark raving bonkers but as girl found 'over the other side' on ic.. sometimes that need for contact can be the least helpful thing in the world... in such a broad 'church' it is as likely to detract or distract as to help... hopefully here the balance will fall the right way! Wow what an excellent site, and totally unexpected! i'm sa-fora 28 from London UK, although i'm rather peripatetic (i nearly said get around alot but i didn't wish to give people the wrong impression lol) i've been involved in the lifestyle for quite some time; to my chargrin i've not found one possesing the savoir-vivre to claim my neck, i must add that i'm not persitant at present with my search. My interest lies not with SM but in the M/s dynamic, highly ritualised service. Respect, politeness, etiquette and deference are words that in my opinion best describe a healthy M/s dynamic. I'm nervous because I have just read the postings on etiquett, and may have reciently offended a Master who was trying to help me --- and I do not want to start out that way here! I'm afraid I do not know Tanos, nor did I receive an e-mail, as so many of you seem to have, so I hope I'm not in the wrong place! As I have said I have been collared only very reciently, registered here even more reciently, and have had painfully little introduction to the lifestyle at all before that. I think I may have taken a few short-cuts to get here, and that may have left me at some disadvantage. I seek now to learn the language and customs of the land.
