He has now cut all ties with them because of it. His mother is the one who texted me and told me he committed suicide and I stupidly believed her. I did not do this for attention but thanks for thinking the worst even though when I posted I had the best of intentions and was truly grieving. With the written word only, we all perceive things differently. Although I think family is important, it is probably a good thing that your Master cut off ties with his parents, if they are pulling stunts of this type and infuencing him still in his 30's. It's the lack of an update that made me speak up when I came to the thread to offer condolences. What I saw your announcement that he was gone, then other people posting that he appeared alive and well. It would have been nice for an update (especially in light of the slave who recently lost her master in an accident) instead of assuming people would find out some other way. It's beyond me how you can take his mother's word for something that for most of us would become quickly become aparrent as a lie, so I can only surmise you have limited contact with him in the first place. It's also a little off to start playing the victim when members call you out on the fact that you didn't update the community, the same community which you turned to for support.
