I've written a contract between myself and my slave (424-924-460). I would like feedback. Is it good, bad, stupid, needs improvement, etc.? I don't care if it's "legal," because no matter how well writte, a slave contract is never legal. I just want to make sure if covers all the bases. So, here is the first draft. Suggestions are welcome. 
Slave Contract
This is a contract between ***** (hereinafter referred to as "Master") and ***** (hereinafter referred to by the TSR registration "slave 424-924-460," which was created on December 10, 2010). The slave 424-924-460 has agreed to enter into a consensual Master/slave (hereinafter referred to as "M/s") relationship with Master.
(According to The Slave Register [www.slaveregister.com], "Ownership and Registration Certificate for 424-924-460 ... This is to certify that the registrant with number 424-924-460, is registered in The Slave Register and is owned property; and that the registrant's owner is declared to be daddy26 [Master]; and that the registrant has been in service to daddy26 since the 10th day of December 2010. The registration number 424-924-460 was issued on the 10th day of December 2010. The current registration details may be inspected at http://424-924-460.slaveregister.com.)
This is a service contract and slave agreement. The slave 424-924-460 consensually agrees to become Master's property indefinitely in order to serve Master. This is desired and makes slave 424-924-460 happy. Master's word is law, and slave 424-924-460 shall refer to this contract if ever doubt about the M/s relationship arises. The following sections detail the M/s relationship between Master and slave 424-924-460. All parts of this contract have been negotiated and agreed upon by Master and slave 424-924-460 prior to signing and dating.
Section 1: Petition
While slave 424-924-460 has been listed as "owned" by The Slave Register since December 10, 2010, the true nature of Master's and slave 424-924-460's relationship has been "under consideration." The slave 424-924-460 submitted a petition for lifetime service on December 25, 2010. The handwritten petition is in Master's possession. The petition details slave 424-924-460's terms and conditions with regards to the M/s relationship with Master. This contract has been written with all terms and conditions presented within the petition taken into consideration.
Section 2: Negotion of the Contract
Once signed, this contract is non-negotiable. Master and slave 424-924-460 are completely bound by the terms and conditions of this contract.
Section 3: Definition of Ownership and Property
Master owns slave 424-924-460, and slave 424-924-460 is Master's property. By extension, all of slave 424-924-460's possessions belong to Master.
Section 4: Slavery
The slave 424-924-460 has no rights and is a slave to Master. A slave has no rights and is required to perform regular domestic, sexual, and other duties (as instructed by Master) and ask permission to do anything not instructed by Master (unless given indefinite permission by Master). The slave 424-924-460 is required to be loyal, submissive, and obedient to Master, abiding by this contract wholly. The slave 424-924-460 is required to remain registered at The Slave Register (www.slaveregister.com) and to keep the status updated.
Section 5: Extension of the Contract
Master and slave 424-924-460 shall accept this contract and its terms and conditions at all times. This contract shall be extended to daily life, to be extended to every aspect of Master's and slave 424-924-460's existence. It is understood that Master and slave 424-924-460 will engage in traditional relationship dynamics at times; however, Master has the right to enforce the terms and conditions of this contract at all times. The slave 424-924-460 understands that the terms and conditions of this contract are always in effect.
Section 6: Consent
By signing this contract, Master and slave 424-924-460 are entering into a consensual and mutually-beneficial M/s relationship. Master agrees to take into consderation all of slave 424-924-460's terms and conditions (as presented in the aforementioned petition), and slave 424-924-460 agrees to abide by the terms and conditions presented within this contract.
Section 7: Collar
Upon acceptance, signing, and dating of this contract, slave 424-924-460 will be collared with a locking collar. The collar is a symbol of the M/s relationship Master and slave 424-924-460 share. The collar is deeper than love and deeper than traditional marriage. The collar represents the terms and conditions of this contract. The collar also represents the unique chemistry and connection Master and slave 424-924-460 share. The collar will stand as a reminder to slave 424-924-460 that there is a responsibility of complete obedience, loyalty, trust, servitude, and slavery to Master. The collar is a symbol that slave 424-924-460 is Master's property and that Master owns slave 424-924-460's heart, body, mind, and soul, for Master is the only one with the key to unlock the collar. Again, Master will own the key to the lock, and slave 424-924-460 will be required to wear the collar without removal unless allowed to do so by Master. The slave 424-924-460 is required to tell Master if the collar is ever tarnished or damaged. Also, slave 424-924-460 is required to tell Master if there is ever a time when the collar needs to be removed (provided there is an appropriate reason).
Section 8: Care for slave 424-924-460
Master intends to care for slave 424-924-460 as with any important and valuable possession. Master intends on caring for slave 424-924-460's physical, mental, and spiritual health. Master intends on helping slave 424-924-460 improve her physical, mental, and spiritual health through exercise, education, and enlightenment. Master expects slave 424-924-460 to follow all of Master's instructions with regards to life improvements, to include diet, exercise, losing weight and becoming fit, reading, attending college courses, becoming career-oriented, making appropriate friends, and so forth. Master will provide opportunities for slave 424-924-460's personal growth, but slave 424-924-460 must take advantage of these opportunities and yield to Master's wisdom. Resistance to Master's instructions will only result in tension between Master and slave 424-924-460.
Section 9: Limits
Master will not permanently disfigure or scar slave 424-924-460. Master will not kill slave 424-924-460. Master will not scare slave 424-924-460 or physically or mentally abuse slave 424-924-460 to provoke fear (whether out of anger or on purpose). Master will not spank, choke, slap, or otherwise hit slave 424-924-460 hard enough to cause significant damage. Master will not cause intolerable pain to slave 424-924-460. Master will not make slave 424-924-460 consume any substance that causes nausea or could be harmful (exceptions include semen, urine, and edible foodstuffs that may not be enjoyed by slave 424-924-460). Master will not require slave 424-924-460 to perform any activities that could result in injury, whether mental or physical, with the exception of reasonable activities such as exercise or certain sexual postions that may contain minor risks. Master will not allow other sexual partners to engage in any activities with slave 424-924-460 that may lead to sexually transmitted diseases or significant harm of any kind. Master will respectfully and temporarily release slave 424-924-460 from service when ill health arises. Master will respectfully and temporarily release slave 424-924-460 from service due to family emergencies or other unforeseen occasions when an M/s relationship would be inappropriate.
Section 10: Safety and Trust
The slave 424-924-460 shall not have a safeword. The slave 424-924-460 is to trust Master's judgment with regards to slave 424-924-460's personal safety. The slave 424-924-460 is encouraged to respectfully and clearly state any concerns to Master; however, final decisions are made by Master. If slave 424-924-460 feels Master has made a mistake in judgment yet continues to proceed in what is considered to be an unsafe and inappropriate way, slave 424-924-460 is free to leave the premises (with full understanding that leaving may terminate this contract). Master reserves the right whether or not to explain reasons behind actions, and slave 424-924-460 is expected to understand that no explanation for actions is required to be given.
Section 11: Money and Allowances
Master owns slave 424-924-460. As a result, all of slave 424-924-460's possessions belong to Master, including any money slave 424-924-460 earns as a result of working. Master will provide slave 424-924-460 with an allowance. This allowance will be used by slave 424-924-460 to purchase clothing, food, household necessities, entertainment, certain privileges, and specific items (to be determined at time of request) required by Master. The slave 424-924-460 will not be allowed to own or have access to a checking account. Master will attend to all monetary matters such as paying bills and saving money; however, slave 424-924-460 will be required to contribute money to the household by working and/or attending college and receiving loans. Failure to contribute money to the household by slave 424-924-460 could result in punishment.
Section 12: Duties
The slave 424-924-460 shall wear a collar at all times.
The slave 424-924-460 shall remain naked at all times within the household.
The slave 424-924-460 will follow all of Master's instructions without question (so long as the instructions are within the spirit of this contract). The slave 424-924-460 will strive to please Master at all times.
The slave 424-924-460 will accept all consequences of actions without argument.
The slave 424-924-460 must be completely honest with Master at all times.
Unless temporarily released from service, slave 424-924-460 will devote complete attention to Master and await further instructions.
The slave 424-924-460 is expected to ask permission to do anything that is not already expressly allowed. The slave 424-924-460 is expected to understand that some activites may become routine but still require permission to be requested and given. If slave 424-924-460 fails to ask permission, Master may remind slave 424-924-460 of this duty.
The slave 424-924-460 shall perform all household domestic duties for Master. Master requires that clothes, dishes, carpets, furniture, automobiles, and other possessions remain clean at all times. The slave 424-924-460 is responsible for all cooking and cleaning. The slave 424-924-460 is considered a domestic slave and must never complain about domestic duties. The slave 424-924-460 is required to report any and all requirements to perform domestic duties to Master. Also, slave 424-924-460 is required to inform Master of any difficulties when performing domestic duties or if any assistance is required.
The slave 424-924-460 is expected to run errands and go shopping for Master.
The slave slave 424-924-460 shall perform sexual duties for Master. Note that Master agrees to respect the "limits" as outlined herein. The slave 424-924-460 is expected to be availabe at all times and can never refuse sexual service. Also, slave 424-924-460 is required to initiate sexual activities and to please Master the majority of the time. Master should rarely have to request sex. It is slave 424-924-460's duty to anticipate Master's sexual needs and provide service accordingly.
The slave 424-924-460 will gladly accept urine and semen in all orifices and will regularly beg Master to be urinated and ejaculated in and on.
The slave 424-924-460 will be bred as often as Master desires.
The slave 424-924-460 must not service other men or women sexually without Master's consent. The slave 424-924-460 must service other men and women sexually at Master's request.
The slave 424-924-460 is expected to maintain weight at 140 pounds or less.
The slave 424-924-460 is expected to diet and exercise as Master instructs, whether in the company of Master or not.
The slave 424-924-460 is expected to exercise regularly and to maintain a fitness regime that will maintain muscle tone and overal sexual appeal.
The slave 424-924-460 is expected to do make-up and hair in ways that are sexually pleasing to Master and to continuously improve techniques in order to better please Master.
The slave 424-924-460 is expected to wear sexy and revealing clothing in order to please Master.
The slave 424-924-460 is expected to befriend women Master finds sexually stimulating in order to better learn how to apply make-up, do hair, dress, walk, dance, act, cook, clean, and so forth, in order to please Master.
The slave 424-924-460 shall use the internet to contact other submissives to help learn to be a better submissive and slave.
The slave 424-924-460 shall find other submissive women to sexually serve Master.
The slave 424-924-460 is expected to engage in life-improving activities such as yoga, dance, stripping, belly dancing, masage, fashion, modeling, cooking, etc., that will add to Master's pleasure.
The slave 424-924-460 is expected to work a job and/or attend college classes. The slave 424-924-460 is expected to be successful and earn money for Master.
In public, slave 424-924-460 shall act more traditional but must never forget the terms and conditions of this service contract.
The slave 424-924-460 is expected to honor this contract even when not in the company of Master.
The slave 424-924-460 is expected to attend to traditional duties as well, such as schoolwork, career tasks, attending to family and friends, health matters, and so forth.
The slave 424-924-460 is required to express any concerns to Master, always with respect. Service is consensual; therefore, concerns should be discussed to avoid miscommunication.
Other duties as assigned (so long as they are in the spirit of this contract).
Section 13: Days Off from Service
Master will allow slave 424-924-460 two days per week off from service. These days shall be Wednesdays and Saturdays unless otherwise negotiated (on a weekly basis). "Off from service" shall be defined as a traditional relationship where slave 424-924-460 will not be punished for not completing assigned duties. This does not mean that this contract is no longer in effect; it merely means that slave 424-924-460 is temporarily released from service but remains the property of Master. Master may not strictly enforce the rules of the M/s relationship, but slave 424-924-460 may not be disloyal, dishonest, disrespectful, argumentative, and so forth. In other words, while rules of the M/s relationship may not apply, rules of a traditional relationship (honor, loyalty, respect, love, kindness, and so forth) continue to apply. The slave 424-924-460 does not have to take these days off if being in service is prefered. Master cannot take these days away as a punishment. If there is confusion as to the conditions of "days off," slave 424-924-460 is required to yield to Master's final say-so as to what can and cannot take place during these "days off."
Section 14: Rewards
The slave 424-924-460 must realize that under this service contract, there are no implied or expressed rights. With the exception of basic necessities (food, water, air, clothing, and shelter), everything given to slave 424-924-460 by Master is a privilege or reward. The slave 424-924-460 must never take Master's love, generosity, compassion, affection, attention, kindness, training, and care for granted. If slave 424-924-460 pleases Master by completing assigned duties, there will be numerous privileges and rewards. While too exhaustive to list herein, slave 424-924-460 must always realize, as aforementioned, that everything is a privilege, to include but not limited to eating with Master, sleeping in the same bed as Master, using the telephone, watching television and listening to music, wearing clothes, bathing, using the toilet, sitting on furniture, entering a room, having sex, eating delicious foods, reading books, going to the movies, leaving the house, talking with friends, and so forth. Master has every intention of making slave 424-924-460 happy and content; however, these privileges can be removed if slave 424-924-460 does not please Master.
Section 15: Punishments
At times, slave 424-924-460 may refuse to participate in serving Master (slave 424-924-460 may refuse to partake in a particular activity or may refuse regular domestic or sexual service). The slave 424-924-460 has the right to respectfully state concerns to Master and ask permission to be temporarily released from service. Simple refusal to complete a task is grounds for contract termination. Master will listen to and evaluate any respectful, reasonable, and genuine concerns; however, Master has the final decision so long as it is within the spirit of this contract. If slave 424-924-460 continues to refuse service or refuses to state concerns, one or more (but no more than three) of the following may happen:
Master will discuss situation with slave 424-924-460 and give a second chance;
Master will ignore slave 424-924-460 for 24 hours;
Master will tickle slave 424-924-460 for 3 minutes;
Master will spank slave 424-924-460 (10 licks with the hand on the bare bottom);
Master will immobilize slave 424-924-460 with rope for one hour;
Master will withhold food from slave 424-924-460 for 24 hours;
Master will charge slave 424-924-460 $25 for each infraction (to be taken from allowance);
Master will remove certain privileges (to be determined at the time of punishment);
Master will increase duties and chores (to be determined at the time of punishment);
Master will terminate this contract.
Master will use a creative punishment not listed herein.
Section 16: Rubric
Master will use a simple rubric to calculate the necessity for rewards or punishments.
A rubric is a chart used to determine points. If at least 90% of the tasks on the rubric are completed daily (with the exception of "days off," as aforementioned), slave 424-924-460 will be rewarded with additional privileges. If 80% - 89% of the tasks on the rubric are completed daily, slave 424-924-460 will maintain current privileges only but will not receive a new reward. If less than 80% of the tasks are completed daily, slave 424-924-460 will be punished with one - three of the listed punishments. Each list item is worth a maximum of five points. Master will assign zero - five points (the more pleased, the more points). A copy of this rubric will be completed at the end of each "in-service" day and rewards or punishments will be delivered the next day.

Section 17: Not Included in the Contract
Master may institute additional terms and conditions not specifically expressed in this contract; however, so long as these new terms and conditions are within the spirit of this contract, slave 424-924-460 shall be expected to honor them. All new terms and conditions are negotiable but are not required to be written in a binding contract.
Section 18: Release from Service
Either Master or slave 424-924-460 may end this contract at any time for any reason. Once terminated, the entirety of the M/s relationship cannot be reestablished until the terms and conditions have been renegotiated and the contract rewritten. If Master and slave 424-924-460 are married, termination of this contract may also require legal divorce.
Section 19: Signing of the Contract
Below, both parties have signed and dated this contract, agreeing to all parts of this contract. As of the date of this signing, both Master and slave 424-924-460 are now in a consensual M/s relationship as defined by this contract. Edited Thu 30 Dec 10, 12:55 PM by Daddy26
