Yes, memos are private messages. You know you have one if there is a flashing "memo" light to the left. If you want to send one to somebody, go to their profile and under their name is a spot to send them a memo. Here at TSR there is no "chat" or instant messenger feature. Although there is a personal ad section, this site isn't set up like a dating site.
