I'd suggest a good place to start would be to do a search on this site, there are plenty of good pointers in previous posts - there are even some example contracts available.

By the way, welcome!

You might be interested in Our book, "Manual Creation: Defining the Structure of an Ms Household". It's not so much about a contract, but about figuring out what you want and what you have to offer. That can be written up as a household manual (which can double as a long contract, if you want). You can find it on Amazon and ebay.

Contracts technically limit both parties in what they can do and in what they are required to do. If you want to be a Dom to your sub, create whatever you want in your contract. If you want to go the owner and property route, don't do it.

A contract, which has no legal standing whatsoever, is worthless unless there is equality between the two people and what they are contracting. O&P is about an inequality relationship. The owner has all the rights and privileges and the property only has those legal ones that society will not let them relinquish. Anything else and you are back to playing spank and tickle games with some kinky sex added in.

I use a confirmation of information sheet with new slaves I work with or end up owning. It lists what they can expect to do, have happen and what their time with me will entail. All they agree to is that they have read it and had the opportunity (and my requirement) to ask questions about it. It qualifies as a legal document because it only confirms that certain information was transferred from me to them and that they read it. It also includes a section which says that everything in there may or may not be done and others things may be done as well and that it is a general listing, not a detailed one. Think about doing something like that instead of trying to do a contract. But...if you insist, just google BDSM or slave contracts and you will get a lot of hits, most of which are either duplicates or rewording of the same few base contracts.

Be well...

Wow. Dead on how MacCain handles the contract issue. There isn't one as i'm property. Just had to comment as i don't remember seeing anyone else mention that.

Sometimes i feel left out when others talk about how they hashed out a contract- i never got that. i just have to be his and obey what ever he says at any given moment.

I have a saved copy of the contract my master and I used. I will send it to you over a private message, since it contains sexual content not appropriate for public display.

If anyone else wishes to see the contract, send me a message and I will reply with the contract as promptly as possible.

I would like to get a copy. Thank you.

chrystal doesn't necessarily feel left out as she never really understood the whole contract idea to start with. It has always seemed to her that if there is a contract in place that the slave has a lot of control in the relationship which she has no desire for. She is glad her Master has the control over her that he has, even though she is just learning and does make a lot of mistakes still.

This may sound weird but, in terms of finding a workable structure for a 24/7 contract, the indentures given to bond-servants in the Americas back in the 17th/18th Century are surprisingly helpful.

The best are really very thorough and cover pretty much every aspect of what was, let's face it, essentially a full-time M/s relationship: setting out the rights, duties and obligations of all parties concerned, from the servant's 'moral education' right down to the practical logistics of their servitude such as food, clothing and sleeping arrangements.

All you have to do is modify relevant clauses to taste — unless you really want your slave to spend their time chopping firewood, feeding livestock and reading the King James Bible, of course.

I disagree that having a contract automatically makes someone a spank and tickler.

The contract I use does not limit me or lock me into certain behaviors. It isn't intended to provide any legal framework. There are no illusions or promises of equality. In fact, it's quite the opposite. The slave agrees to obey and give up all of their rights to me.

I use contracts as a way to say to the slave "are you sure that you want to cross this threshold?" because once they do then that's it. Signing my contract is their last free act unless they are released.
