You should think really carefully about it and speak to a professional piercer about the procedure. Don't just jump at this to make your Mistress happy - you have to live with it (and the pain from it). A prince albert goes through a very small amount of flesh so would hurt a lot less. There is a bit of a snap as the needle pushes through the skin but there is not that much skin between the exterior and your urethra so it goes in pretty fast. I personally don't have a lot of sensation in my urethra so when I did mine (myself, in a completely unsafe fashion... but I was only 19!) outside of a good amount of blood there was little pain except for a pretty heavy soreness for a few days.
