TSR : Web boards : Internal Enslavement : "Master Prerequisites for TPE"
Master Prerequisites for TPE (2)
This post is on the Internal Enslavement web board.

In many ads for TPE, Masters state they are searching for a slave "totally devoted to my needs and happiness," or "only interested in my pleasure and not his/hers" or similar.
Is that a reasonable expectation at day one? Walking through the door offering such commitment strikes me more as role play. I would expect such devotion could develop over time and training - the conditioning process.
Beyond that, is it possible to achieve TPE without "devotion." For a slave, is being naturally submissive and craving a controlling environment enough? |

Perhaps they are stating that that is what they are hoping for eventually, so there is no ambiguity.
Even if the s-type put the D-types wants and needs before his or her own from day one, it wouldn't be TPE as i understand it, but could well be the start of the process to achieving this.
If someone expected it and gave it from day one, i agree it does seem rather flimsy, as giving up your own desires isn't as easy as giving up smoking, which in itself is a ridiculously difficult task. (I've done both btw )

I can't help but feel that people who say things like that are try hard wannabes who don't really know what they're doing or understand what it's all about. I worry that people will end up being abused. That said, they seem to continually be looking for someone to serve them so either people see through them or it quickly becomes evident that they are a know-nothing time waster and the slave leaves because they are nit really getting what they want. |
