Fri 6 Aug 10, 4:58 PM NightHawk_uk UK, 4 yrs recentetly met up with someone who was old guard trained not the leather brigade. in which he mentioned roping of a slave and tying of a rope around a whip and giving it to the slave has anyone heard of such practice and maybe supply a link to a refrence to this practice. Although i have heard of chaining a slave this is something new to me and i would like to research more but until now have been unable to find any mention of this practice. Old Guard predates both the current leather, which is an offshoot and descendant of what is called the Old Guard groups and predates Gor by a few decades. They pretty much started with gay soldiers returning from WWII and went into motorcycle clubs then into D/s and S&m. That is the very crude short form. I have never heard of giving a slave a whip, but I do know that slaves and Masters-in-Training earned their Leathers in similar fashions.
