I've been pretty bored today so I did some looking around and there must be like 1 dominant to 20 slaves as there are so many more submissives than slaves what are your thoughs on this? |

I thought it would be the other way around... The thing i see most is dominants looking for slaves and finding none, this in the male dominant, female sub... Perhaps its more a gender thing than a role thing... Non nobis domine non nobis sed nomini tuo da gloriam

Agreed This slave thinks there's a large amount of subs and slaves, and that the Dominants are very strict regarding "what they need."

Sorry, starting two times the same topic on the same day doesn't change the submissive/dominant ratio
Smile,
SA Relax, life is too short to get upset.

See I don't understand all this myself. I have been looking for another sub/slave for a while and all I get is scams and bots. I looked at couples that I really liked that are under consideration.
Back to my point. I think what would solve a lot of these issues if people tried to do something instead of pretend. I am NOT saying all pretend. I receive at least 5-10 notes a day with one line of text if every person could be blunter and focus for just a little while I think those ratios would change.
Trying to find a master shouldn't be hard nor a sub/slave. We all need to speak up or move on. Lastly I am not trying to bash individuals I am stating my opinion since my patience is short after dealing with allot of people that couldn't write more that a partial sentence to describe themselves.
We are all learning all the time and no matter how much we think we know there is someone with knowlage we do not.

This slave sees that it depends on what you're looking for. And that little "about me" space can say a lot about a person. This slave personally wouldn't ever consider a Master who only had one line to describe themselves.

I don't think you can use any online source to reliably predict what is going on in the real world.
There are a lot posers and wannabes out their posting listings and replies.
In additon to this there are a lot of commercial interests that corrupt the whole process. Many postings by slaves/submissives are often fronts for commercial offers (i.e. sex for sale).
Additionally site operators are paid for advertising revenues (for example the banners on this site) based on the number of visitors they get. Many site operators are not above posting personals or forum articles that they think will generate visitors to their sites.
I was recently at a munch where the moderator took and informal survey (show of hands) of attendees. Very few people (less than 10%) said they had ever actually met someone through an online site even though almost everyone said that they had at one time or another posted or responded to personals on an online site.
Most everyone said that online sites were good for forum posts, event calandering, and corresponding with individuals that you already knew through some other means. |
