We are lucky as they are growing in the garden. I am allowed to collect them using gloves - then usually have to pop them in my bra, panties or shoes!

Like I said "Some owners can be so sadistic at times!"

To be a true slave is to be truly free

A bit... depending on the broth you use (organic chicken is best for me), it can have a sweet garlicky taste to offset nettle taste. I like my soup chucky, so I tend to only puree part to thicken the broth. For best results use the youngest and tenderest leaves, the older the leaves the stronger the taste.

With courage you will dare to take risks, have the strength to be compassionate, and the wisdom to be humble. Courage is the foundation of integrity. - Keshavan Nair
