slave food should be whatever keeps her in the best possible condition.
If, when I meet her I notice glowing skin, soft undamaged hair, a physically fit appearance, and a abundance of energy, well then, whatever she's eating will be the daily regimen from that point on.
If not, then I will find out what foods will keep her in the best condition, and That will be her slave food.

My first thought would be regular meals just dropped in a blender... Sure steak, for example, is delicious. So are the baked potatoes you eat with it and salad and anything else... But I think it would be pretty fowl if you put all that in a blender and set it to liquify... If that weren't bad enough add milk or something, a beverage... Possibly something that goes terribly with the meal (in this example steak) like orange juice or coffee or... Yeah. Seems like that would be sufficiently nutritious and awful at the same time...

Master feeds me mostly raw tuna and vegetables. i love it, and He's pleased with my health. The cost is a bit much, but the "revolving" sushi place He gets the food from costs only about $10 a day. Dearest Master Xian, You control me completely. Now please, get out of the kitchen.

I am new to this sight and have been reading this post. yes it is true you have to keep a slave healthy but with the right combo of carb (oatmeal) protien (powder and eggs) with some pureed vegetables you can make a gruel that is not that expensive and a slave can live on it. just rotate the veggies out. I had a slave live on a very restrictvie diet for over 6 months and he was more healthy at the end. You can make healthy food not taste good if that is what you are going for. I like this idea and plan to figure out a good recipe for one of my slaves.

Slave food
My Mistress wants to put me on a basic 'slave food' such as gruel which is oatmeal with no seasoning or flavoring of any kind. But at the same time as she wants this to be my staple food 7 days a week we are wondering if with just a multi-vitamin added is this adequate to keep me healthy? The requirements that we are looking to meet are that the exact same thing is able to be eaten each day and that it is either bland or distasteful to some extent and that it is extremely inexpensive to make (Mistress would like to spend less than $10 a week and make an amount once a week for the entire week that would be put in the refridgerator and always eaten cold. Any ideas and thoughts?

I agree with jjsslave. Oatmeal will only provide carbohydrate and presumably some vitamins and minerals. A healthy diet also needs fruit and vegetables as well as a source of protein - meat, fish or a vegetarian substitute. Also you don't say what will accompany the oatmeal. Will it be eaten with milk? I assume not since your Mistress is looking to keep it basic. In that case you'd need to look for a source of calcium.
I suspect you'd have to take a lot of supplements to get most of your dietary requirements from them. Probably only a dietician could advise you on the correct combination. The advice always seems to be that it's better to get most, if not all, of your nutritional requirements from a balanced diet. Supplements are meant to be just that - a supplement, not a substitute for a heathy diet.
By the way, it's not necessary to post three times to get your post noticed!

Um, it's a myth that a vegetarian substitute for meat as a protein source is needed.
With the exception of fruit you get enough proteins from almost everything eatable by humans if you just eat a bit varied instead of sticking to just a single source of amino-acids
That said, don't even think about just oatmeal, alone, mix plenty of other things. |

Such a diet would be BAD!!
If she wants to limit you to one and only one food that will supply what your body needs, this may seem like a treat but 3 times a day, every day, it's not.
That food is pizza. Not one loaded wiyh all your favoritr toppings but cheese with bazle and gaelic
By the way, that is what pizza started out as: slave food in the Roman Empire Edited 6 Feb 12, 6:57 PM by LordandMaster55
