Do you want a gruel of sorts? Something humiliating and designed to "keep a slave in its place"?

Make a concoction of whatever is necessary for reasonable health (grains, vegetables, protein, etc. including, as one suggested, table scraps from the Owner's plate) and place it in a blender and just make a slurry of sorts.

That should be unpleasant enough and yet contain all the necessary food ingredients needed to sustain a healthy life...it will undoubtedly be unpleasant, but that may be the point. And who knows how cheaply it can be made?

So there you go...

I am Remoses.

Just because it's inconvenient, doesn't mean it's not required.

This slave's diet is anything as long as it has not been tampered with before basically. Fresh fruit and veg are ok, but anything remotely processed or precooked is banned.

this slave usually has 1 cooked egg for breakfast, 1 apple for lunch and some steamed vegatables for dinner. Since being with Master this slave has effectively become vegan, though accidentally. Certainally all forms of sugar etc are major no go's and other things like bread and pastas (which have been precooked or made/created in some way before) are seen as treats.

It is possable to get everything the body needs in this way, though sometimes needs a little creativity...!

Master's attitude is that I am his slave, therefore it should be this slaves job to cook and work for what she is eventually going to eat, and not something someone else has already has had to work for to create. (Edit: Of course if you wanted to be technical what ever it is someone had to pick it so that doesnt really work, though that is the basic principle)

Sometimes tofu, but not often, more usually eggs, beans and lentils those kinda things are also good sources of protein, like said before, this can take some creativity to get all the food groups in there somewhere, but it is possible

Edit: oh and no... this slave does not necessarily like the diet, she would much rather have a nice steak for dinner or toast and marmalade in the morning... This diet is not done out of personal preference at all. but there you go! Thems the rules! ;)

You might want to check out the Wikipedia entry for "Nutraloaf," which is the recipe that prisons use when they put prisoners on punishment diets. It is supposed to be nutritionally balanced but extremely bland, as well as inexpensive. Adding a bit of liquid or solid waste from the M would be appropriate if you are into that sort of thing.

I have fed my girl, for a period of a couple of weeks, a "slave gruel" made from oatmeal, canned tuna and applesauce, served cold, with vitamins added both for nutritional value and the bitter taste they add.

For anyone tempted to use dog food, I have heard some express concerns that canned dog food may not always be sufficiently sanitary for humans, and as a result recommend dry kibble instead. One thing I think is definitely NOT safe is cat food, which may contain bones and thinks that cats can digets but humans can't.

I heavily discourage the use of cat or dog kibble for humans, as the levels of bacteria are different. For example, cats can eat raw chicken, because they can handle salmonella - humans cannot. Hence, salmonella levels in catfood aren't good for humans and could make you quite ill. Other bacteria and toxin levels may very well also be bad for humans.

However, contrary to what many believe, canned catfood is quite edible (at least Bozitas is - I only know the standards for catfood produced in Sweden). It may not taste good to us, and it does contain intestines and bones, but it is cooked and then sealed. I wouldn't recomend it either, but I would consider eating it.

Here's the recipe for prison loaf. Prisons use it as part of behavior modification in special management. It is a powerful motivator to encourage inmates to get with the system.

Special Management Meal Yield - Three Loaves

• 6 slices whole wheat bread, finely chopped • 4 ounces imitation cheddar cheese, finely grated • 4 ounces raw carrots, finely grated • 12 ounces spinach, canned, drained • 2 cups dried Great Northern Beans, soaked, cooked and drained • 4 tablespoons vegetable oil • 6 ounces potato flakes, dehydrated • 6 ounces tomato paste • 8 ounces powdered skim milk • 4 ounces raisins

Mix all ingredients in a 12-quart mixing bowl. Make sure all wet items are drained. Mix until stiff, just moist enough to spread. Form three loaves in glazed bread pans. Place loaf pans in the oven on a sheet pan filled with water, to keep the bottom of the loaves from burning. Bake at 325 degrees in a convection oven for approximately 45 minutes. The loaf will start to pull away from the sides of the bread pan when done.

Just wanted to say what a great thread this is. Since I never had a slave more than a few days at a time, other than vitamin supps, cornbread and water, I never gave this alot of thought, as due to caoimhe's work the energy she needs and her utmost health is desired.

I have ran across alot of protein powder users out there but would think be more than $10 a week. And never got to see the slaves overall health.

Facinating ideas...sorry for the break...carry on :-)

Respectfully MeluthTur

My opinion is this is excessive ownership. I can understand doing that during punishment but not for day to day living. It is not healthy and lacks things your body needs. It is one thing to control the diet of a slave and something completely different denying them the vitamins and minerals your body needs to properly maintain a healthy balance.

For an up coming session, Princess will be feeding me a blend of hummus, vegetables, oatmeal, and eggs (with a vitamin) for a few days. Thanks to this thread!
