The simple answer is to insert the word beg or begs every time you would use the word please in a sentence and phrase it in third person. "May I please have an orgasm," becomes "Slave begs to have an orgasm." Practice saying it out loud in private and practice begging for everything and you will find it is not so hard after all. Be well..... Malkinius That's a good idea. That's what this slave does naturally (using 3rd person) but when you do it, your begging becomes stronger. It might appeal to your Owner. If you really want it, the begging should just come to you. At least in your mind. I am well aware of the effect Orgasm Denial has on us male slaves. It turns us into little mind-controled robots, frankly. (Happy mind-controlled robots, that is.) But I didn't think it had the same effect on female slaves. Perhaps I am misinformed? As for begging, I'm not sure. I'm not allowed to do that. I am a bit old fashioned about things like spelling and grammar and being courteous to your readers. I realize these things are not so important to some but they are with me... I don't know about the other owners out there but you can make damned sure that "proper begging" includes being able to SPELL whatever is being begged for. Especially when the editor here on this website highlights misspelled words for you as you type. If misspelled words are OK with you and your mistress, then great! Personally I just get so embarrassed! I blush really easily anyway and then on top of it asking for something so personal is just really hard for me... let alone begging for it. In all honesty, I'm probably just not thinking like property, as I'm currently unowned. I'm sure it comes easier once you are no longer thinking as an independent, for lack of a better term. I do find it difficult when I'm playing though, you're not alone. (Although there is a part of me that loves being made to embarrass myself, so I can't complain too much.)
