No, it's most certainly not the same as a mind-fuck - but then, if you have to ask the question, I ask you - do you actually 'know' what a mind-fuck really is? I will perhaps leave a detailed explanation to someone else, but in short, IE is like a long on-going drawn out training programme, where the M-type works with the s-type, using her (or his) body and mind, using their own specifically geared activities (because after all, who wants an s-type trained to be some else's?) so that, after a while, or a long time of this training, an action that has been 'trained into' the s-type, will become natural. Depending on the s-types mind, and how accepting they are(subconsciously), it can be a fairly easy process, or (knowing what Phay was like) a very very tough one. The D/O/M has to stick by what they want and what they're doing though. I know *I* didn't once upon a time, and it went badly wrong. Anyone else is free to correct me on anything I've mentioned, but please remember this is no easy subject, nor is it a short process. In other terms, my slavery has become so melded to my being, that being without it is not an option at this time. i suppose this ties back a little to the "can you turn it on and off" topics that have been floating around lately. i, for example, simply cannot.
