Hello this pet is very new to this site and this is her first time posting so please forgive her if she has posted in the wrong place. Master has taken an interest in japanese rope bondage and this pet thinks it is rather beautiful. He has told pet to research how it is done and find some tutorials for it. Unfortunately pet is having some difficulties with this and was wondering if anyone knew of some insightful (preferably free) websites that can help.

I strongly suggest Lee Harrington's book "Shibari You Can Use". It's really excellent. And he's a cool dude.

I have and adore Lee Harrington's book!
The other book I have is Midori's The Seductive Art of Japanese Bondage.
Both have excellent directions, Lee's has more photographs while Midori's has one photograph for each tie and then instructional drawings. For anything worth having, one must pay the price; and the price is always work, patience, love, self-sacrifice ~no paper currency, no promises to pay, but the gold of real service. ~John Burroughs

Greetings,
I find the experience of shibari very rabble-rousing and I enjoy doing it myself too. But alas, most of the times you just NEED another person's help.
I've found lots of tutorials by looking up at Google. Try the keywords: shibari, tips, photos, help, etc. You'll get something to start from.
Good luck!! • I humbly ask for your tolerance and forgiveness to my ignorance.
