I managed to scratch my pet's collar fairly deeply with a spring clip to the point where it was irritating her neck. Went to remove the collar, and apparently, the green threadlocker I used on the bolt was sufficient to hold better than the allen key. I ended up having to drill the bolt out to remove the collar and clean up the burr. Figured I'd post a heads-up for everyone. Even some simple bondage can be cause for needing to remove a collar. My sub wears a permanent bracelet for 18 years, through airports and surgeries. It is thin enough that it could be cut with normal wire cutters, but it would distroy the bracelet. Trust is alwasy there, but there is the mental aspect of knowing that to take it of is to distroy it. That is permanent, knowing that taking it off for a "special" occasion, when it sets off the metal detector, when someone comments "you really can't take that off" or any of the many other times when it was really does not fit into the situation that is the commitment.
