Just a few pointers for ya....go to collarme or alt to get more attention...oh and also you might want to tell more about you in your TsR profile, and i would fix your age. Your profile says 42 and you said 43 in the paragraph below....people notice these discrepancies... and ALWAYS capitalize Sir or Madam no matter what! It shows respect. Before you can get trust you need the respect. If you really want someone to use you and punish you then you have to respect them first otherwise it does no good and its a waste of Sir's time, for that deserves punishing. Dom and Master; sub and slave. Oh and actually try to make your profile sounds like you have a high school education. Complete sentences. Capitalize the first letter in sentences unless you are talking about yourself in the submissive state. That is lower case (showing that you are truly a submissive).

I.E. - i am so happy to have found Sir.

Good luck with your search. i hope this helps shed some light on you and open a few doors for you.

Anyone else? i am sure i have missed somethings.

Are you involved with any local groups? See what's going on and get involved. You never know who you might meet or who those you meet might know. ;) Check out vanilla sites as well. You would be suprised at some of the profiles on them.

I know, you've probably been told this a million times but be patient. It does take time and patience to find the right one in any relationship. Actually, by being patient you are ensuring you don't settle for less than you deserve. :)

All the best in your search.

Bring it up with the staff...they might be able to fix it. Who knows. Oh and i would check your birth date too. It might be off a month or something to think that you're younger.

The Loss of control; a new sense of security. An experience that i have always craved. Sir, you gave it to me. Safe within your arms, as your little girl. Having that moment of losing all feelings and gaining the security of your being. Sir, i will always love and respect you.

Unless she lies and says she's a year older on the TSR thing, it will most likely always be a year behind. It's just the way the TSR updates birthdays. It isn't her fault.

Okay, so my advice is proper grammar, most Master's I know hate online speech patterns. Hate improper grammar, like lower casing the "I" to prove how submissive you are.

Most prefer a woman to show how intelligent she is, and that she has a basic education and can put it to practice in her communication.

The more you say what you have to offer, and what you'd like in return, the more offers you may get. Pictures also make all the difference in the world. Let people know exactly "who" you are. - And, let them know what you want in return. ;)

I met my Master on craigslist. My ad read something like "single mom college student seeks old fashioned long-term relationship"

It was the "old fashioned" part that caught his eye.

You can meet plenty of men in the vanilla world who want a M/s type dynamic and if you know how to word something to draw their attention, and if you have good communication skills, it isn't hard to talk about it once you have their interest.

At 43, you have something to offer that a younger woman doesn't. You have (theoretically) more wisdom, more life experience, the ability to prove you know how to take care of yourself and are capable of serving someone else, along with the patience and dedication to follow through on your commitments.

Play up the attractive things about yourself to begin with. you can obviously, at any time talk about your issues, but attract them with who you are first and why you'd make their life better by being in it before you dump all your issues on them. (though, don't wait until 6 months into it before admitting a serious issue. Just don't drop it all on their head on the first meeting. LOL)

Good luck!

May I suggest getting some real-world skills that might be useful and displaying that?

Suggestions: Basic auto repair. Doing someone's taxes. Secretarial. Handyman/fixit. Massage. Gourmet cooking. Gardening. Housecleaning. If you want to get an edge up on the teeming hordes of would-be slaves, have something more to offer than a "please". The local community college can train you to be a more useful piece of potential property.

Seriously. Get a course catalog, and go through it saying, "Which of these skills might make a master's life easier?" It will take up time while you're waiting and it will add to your "resume". You need to think of this as you would think of applying for a career-position job in a hotly contested field with few placements. What credentialing will make you more valuable? You might even think about writing an actual resume and looking at it, expanding it with new skills over the next year, and posting it online when you think it's impressive enough as part of your "advertising".

The internet may be about meeting but believe it or not, there are those that will not even bother to read a profile if they cannot understand it and have to figure out what it says.

If someone can type a proper sentence that actually makes sense on the first reading, as learned in school, they may have a better chance of finding someone who has a bit of culture and class. Personally, with a profile that needs a code book,I would question whether that person would be able to hold an intelligent conversation in person. Using partial words or shortcuts would lead me to think they were too lazy to put their best foot forward.

Unless of course it's someone who isn't too particular about who they get, ie fakes ;) In that case, ignore what I just wrote. (Just MHO. Not finger pointing)

This is a load of rubbish. It is very important to do your best to use correct grammar, punctuation, and spelling if you want to be taken seriously.

There are many free tools available that you can use to improve your basic writing. Taking the extra effort to use these tools (spell check, for example) will show others that you are dedicated enough to put in the extra effort needed to make a good first impression and accomplish your goal of finding an owner.

Good luck!

I can honestly say that if I were on here looking for a slave and trying to choose from all of the unowned slaves on the site, the ones that don't seem capable of forming a coherent thought or spelling basic english words would be the first ones off the list. In fact, using "txt-speak" in anything other than a text message is a pet peeve of mine. Besides, "txt-speak" is basically pointless now since most cell phones have both a qwerty keyboard and an auto-complete feature built-in standard.
