I am also thinking of branding my new slave - not just thinking - am planning on it. SO that will be interesting too. There are a lot of tattoo artists that will not tattoo the bottom of the foot. For several reasons, some that have been listed already, and some not. You will find it easier to find a artist willing to tattoo on other parts of your body, ones that have less chance of infection, and there are a lot of veins that can cause lots of issues as well. The number of nerves that are there, will cause it to be very painful, when was the last time you stepped on a piece of glass? Not to mention your foot can effect your whole body, so what you do to it you are doing to your body,wait maybe I should not say that. Not to take away from your Mistress's choice in this matter, but safety wise, and health wise it should be thought about. As a side note I am not questioning that she does not take that into consideration. 8 Oct 09, 8:03 PM 650-736-585 GR, 2 yrs Greetings to all, Just a few days ago I watched a documentary on TV about human feet and how they help us stand and walk. They said that on the bottom of the foot, the skin has some extremely sensitive nerves which help the body to understand the surface under the foot and the position of the body. Any damage to those makes the person loss ability to keep balance and walk. They actually had a guy barefoot standing on a special plate where they activated or deactivated some parts of the nerves of his foot. The guy was blindfolded and you could see he was moving and loosing balance as his brain could not "read" the info from the bottom of the feet. I recalled this thread in my mind and thought of sharing the info. After that, I truly think that the tattoo on the bottom of the foot _is_ a *bad* idea... In the end we came down to two options, the pubic area or the lower back and I have to say we have gone for the more predictable one of lower back. There is an ink out on the market that is UV, meaning it only shows itself under a black light. This would mean the placing of the slave number could be interlaced in almost any tatoo but would only be seen when the slave or Master would wish it to be (i.e. a club, scene, or party of like minds.) Easy enough to make visible...just change a lightbulb. Thanks - that is a great idea. I will look into this locally down here in New Zealand. Sadly the stupid slave I was considering is disobedient and therefore it is not likely I will bother with him. Any slave that makes it hard work for its Owner should clearly think through its future.... As the more it annoys potential Owners then it is less likely to be lucky enough to find an Owner - particularly one as perfect for it as ME.
