Once in a while some halfwit will see it and snicker "Oh, and where is he THESE days?" or, a more polite observer might ask "Is he still around?" To which i reply along the lines of "we're still together...have been for almost 13 years...and i will love him beyond the day i die." No one will miss it. 30 Aug 09, 12:41 AM 190-705-119 US, 2 yrs i read every single post to this topic with great interest. i have GEORGE'S SLAVE tattooed in script on my left upper arm surrounded by a three sided flower garland. when i got that mark i thought we would be together forever, or at least a good long time. we were together 9 months before i was unceremoniously replaced. right now i am in the process of rebuilding my shattered life but still walk around with GEORGE'S SLAVE emblazoned on my body. i learned a lot from that relationship. and one of the main things i learned was to NEVER, NEVER put someone's name on my body. initials, a personal logo, a symbolic rendering of a shared activity--all would be easier to deal with than someone's name. i do not mean to put a damper on anyone's desire to be marked. i would be marked again in a heartbeat, but only with something less than a person's name. if i am lucky enough to find another Dom/Domme to accept me i will have to do so with GEORGE'S in place. perhaps i can in the future find a highly talented artist to help me with this situation. if not, i will have to deal with my folly in my own way.
