So far i has been wearing stretchers for 5 months, and is adding more and more as the sac get looser. Be aware: tops like stretched sacks because it is easier to torture nuts in a stretched sack. i started stretching for a top who wanted low hangers so i would be easier to castrate. With my experience the longer you stretch the more they get lower and stay that way but your testicle will retract up to the body when cold and the warmer they are the lower they will hang. It's just a protection function of the body to protect the testicle when cold to get closer to the body for warmth. I've been stretching for 6 years now and before I started, my testicle hung very little when warm and almost disappeared when cold. I have gained about 3 inches of stretch wearing my weights and without my weights and when cold I still have some hang (about an inch)without weights. It takes some years of wearing weights, depending on how longand how often you wear them. I started off wearing mind everyday 24/7 (except for a 1/2 hour when showering to get myself clean and clean weights)for the first year. Now I only wear them 3 to 4 days out of the week. To answer you question: Yes, they will bounce back but will stretch back when you wear you weights and as time goes on the lower they will hang when you don't wear them, unless they are cold.
