I have this hmmm friend, no seriously I know someone who had collagen “or was it silicon?” injections and was then supposed to dangle fairly light weights from it for certain periods each day to lengthen the now fatter penis. Not being the most patient of people he decided to use much heavier weights than prescribed, resulting in more stretching and squeezing than was good for him.
