I/i know it can be annoying when something lapses due to busy times and, when you try to return to it, it's not at the level it was. From M/my own experiences and from M/my Master's and Mentor's teaching, there is a little advice I/i can give you. First of all -- RELAX. you obviously still have the ability and your Master is apparently not displeased with you. The more you stress about this and try to force it because it's not happening 'fast enough'. It IS happening and it is happening at the right speed. The more you focus on the proscess, the longer it will take. The more you forget the proscess and focus on the successes, the easier it will become. Anytime you don't respond to the command as promptly as you'd like, just tell yourself, you did cum and you did it faster than before and you'll do it faster next time and then let it go.
