my Master knew i was just a little one when He found me and met me ... but HE loved me and i loved Him ... so when He proposed to me of course i was going to accept...His slave or not ... He proposed to me when i was very very sick, not just as His girl but as someone He loved ... it made it matter so much more to me!
and even though W/we've been married 4 years now and i love him so much everyday, and we're not as intense into this as we useto be ... i love every second knowing that i'm His. |

just curious, for those couples that are married or getting married...
who proposed?
was it just decided by your M?
i know there are many couples here that were married before becoming M/s or D/s but i was just curious as to how much of a role 'tradition' plays into the actual proposition/decision to become married...

M and i havent married yet but do plan on it. i dont really remember being asked , i think it was something we just agreed on because we had talked about it in the past and he had even incorporated it into a contract that he had written years back that i was going to sign. |

When I started living with my sub p in 2007, after knowing him and having him serve me for four years, it was somehow just known by both of us without any real conversation that, once he was divorced and free to marry me, we would get hitched.
Well, some divorces take a long long while to sort out as we are still waiting to get married. |

We were in the middle of arguing. J proposed on on bended knee, while I was laying in bed being bratty.

W/we have agreed that W/we will never marry in the conventional sense but W/we consider my recent collaring to be as equal if not more important as a marriage committment.
Of course it was my Masters decision to bestow on me His collar and my houour to accept. i was told over a year ago that i was in training for this and the actual date was only agreed in the spring.
As well as my collar i am now allowed to move a claddagh ring He gave me last christmas to my wedding finger on my left hand (previously worn on my right hand)
To U/us it is an outward sign of the depth and strength of our love and devotion to each other without taking from the dynamic of Master/sub
edited for spelling mistakes xx God grant me the
SERENITY to accept the things i cannot change
COURAGE to change the things i can and the
WISDOM to know the difference
