This slave spends most of the time on her knee's kneeling or crawling on carpet. Though she lotions her knee's still get red and a bit dry. Does A/anyone have anything that works well for T/them? Or are rough knee's just the mark of a slave? This slave has been lucky to spend so much time where she belongs but would be happy for any help staying soft/groomed for Master if possible.

Thank Y/you for the time, - Keepers 'lil slave

I spend a lot of time on my knees and usually wearing shorts. My remedy is to rub baby oil into the rough knees daily. If they are VERY rough use Vaseline to start with. If you wash the skin to start with then while damp it makes it easier for the skin to absorb the oil. You could also apply a couple of drops of Lavender essential oil to the baby oil. Lavender has skin healing properties.

As a slave in the Hellenic tradition, I can add that this was normal practice in ancient times only it was olive oil they used then. (See Homer, Iliad, Odessey, et al.)

To be a true slave is to be truly free

Lavender is indeed an excellent essential oil for all skin ailments and will serve you well. Helichrysum is the best tissue regenerative oil, though it is expensive. Buy organic if you can afford it. It's also excellent for healing scar tissue and stretch marks from child birth.

Both Lavender and Helichrysum can be placed directly on the skin without a diluent, others might say otherwise, but my submissives do, and I've used them and many others myself. If you do want to add a diluent, you might also want to consider Grapeseed oil. Grapeseed oil is the closest oil to the natural sebum of the skin so you will find it will enter the skin and not clog the pores like heavier and larger molecular chain oils such as Olive and and Almond oil. I would always suggest always using vegetable oils whichever you choose.

When considering Vaseline, if you choose to go in that direction, please be aware, even though it's used on babies skin, that there are many chemical additives, so choose wisely, but bear in mind that it's designed to be a barrier to make skin impervious to all fluids, not just water.

Your skin is the largest organ of your body, and as such, needs to breathe. I would respectfully suggest not using Vaseline as it's basically petroleum jelly, but the choice is yours to consider.

Good luck, and let U/us know what choices you made and how well it served you.

Respectfully

No lavender oils does not need to be diluted as it is a anti-bacterial and anti-microbial; both of which will be good for your knees to prevent infections and other sorts of problems that could occur from being dry and in contact with a rough surface such as carpet. I would also use grape seed oil a few times a day as well to help hydrate the skin if I was in this position but sadly with my knee issues I am not allowed to do so.

Best of luck.

Thank A/all of Y/you very much, the answers provided will be most helpful! It's so nice to have a place to speak with O/others who share the same lifestyle and can relate with such things.

Have a wonderful evening. Keepers 'lil slave
