Clothes and accessories: these items will only be acquired in presence of OWNER and with HIS approval. Beauty products and of personal hygiene: such as make-up and moisturizers will be provided as necessary in order to maintain slave in most desirable condition. Grooming services (i.e.: hair dresser): such services will be seen to as acknowledged necessary by OWNER. STIPULATION AND EXLUSIONS Contact with slave's family and friends: OWNER'S authority supersedes that of slave in any decisions determining residence, travel plans and visitation to family and friends by slave. She will be allowed to write, talk and visit to any family member and friend as long as it does not interfere with slave's servitude. Contact with OWNER'S family and friends: Slave shall not involve itself in any activity promoted by OWNERS family, besides the normal friendly relationship. BEHAVIOR Among friends and relatives: The condition of slave is to be exposed to anyone the OWNER considers appropriate with exception to slave's relatives. The slave shall treat OWNER'S friends and family with utmost respect. In private: The slave should display an obedient and respectful attitude at all times, including attitudes such as promptness, kneeling to serve, loyalty and honesty. OWNER is more important than any other activity slave may be engaged in. OWNER must be addressed to as “MASTER”, unless HE desires differently. In public: The slave must remain in sight at all times, unless allowed to do differently by OWNER. In public she must call HIM “MASTER”, or as he desires, always displaying love, obedience, courtesy and respect. If desired by OWNER, slave may be lead on a leash. In events for the BDSM public: OWNER may display slave under leash, on all fours, within boundaries of specialized events, if HE desires to do so. On such occasions, slave must be always in her best behavior. At all times: The slave acknowledges that she must maintain a sweet, loving, delicate and positive behavior at all times. Punishment must always be accepted gladly and happily. Slave must also be loyal and open, and not maintain any kind of relationship with 3rd party without the knowledge of OWNER. TRAINING The slave may and will be spanked, physically restricted in bondage and flogged, among other practices as means of education, training and punishment. Don't get me wrong; I'm 100% in favor of Master/slave contracts. I just don't think the current judicial system shares my views on this matter. You not actually allowed to contract away rights... in any situation. The closest you ever get is waiving trial in court for binding arbitration, and even that can be disputed in contracts of adhesion. All the people that I know who are actually doing full-time real M/s would laugh at the idea that one needs any kind of legal validity to make your slave do what you want. If you feel that a legal contract would give you any kind of an edge, then you don't understand M/s. The idea is that you're supposed to be able to hold them yourself, with your will, and make them *want* to be there, not through fear of consequences. I did up a contract once for a month-long session and we were damn some careful to only use the words "dominant" and "submissive" and likewise stated that this wasn't a contract to remove or deprive civil rights granted by the country we lived in, but to define the rules of a month-long game.
