I guess you could opt to have his nipples or Glans pierced (Ampalang) or Urethra pierced (good 'ol Prince Albert); Whilst the jewellery in the initial piercings 'are' done with steel, they can later be replaced with Acrylic Plastic, if need be. These piercings are very easy to maintain as part of a man's normal personal routine, and I've certainly had no problems changing types of jewellery. For instance some simple rubber bands on the nipples for say 30mins (less or more depending on your slaves tolerance or if at work or home) will usually suffice in getting the result you are looking for. It will remind your slave everytime they are brushed etc... What I am trying to bring to the forefront is at most times it is unnecessary to go overboard or feel you arent doing enough.
