i asked my Mistress if i can post this here, and She gave me permission to do so.
i just began my kneeling training. and though im loosing weight (now BMI=33) my knees are not the best ones because of the years of overweight - i had nearly 150 kg (330lbs / 23st 8lb) for a long time.
my Mistress agreed that i dont have to overdo the training but try to extent the time i kneel from training to training.
does someone know if there is a technique or training for the knees that will help me? for i so want to be once able to kneel for my Mistress on any ground for any time She considers w/o aching knees.

Cornertime is expected of me every morning - after preparing Mistress's breakfast I must stand nose to corner until Mistress summons me for my morning flogging. I must also keep my head lowered in Mistress's presence.
As far as strengthening knees go the technique used by skiers of doing wall sits might be considered; that is put your back to a wall and have your leg from knee to hip at 90 degree angle to the wall. Spanked Slave 996-150-083
