Good luck.. I have been asking that for years now.
If you do not have original registration number or the original email you are out of luck.
There also apparently is no record keeping done after a number has been assigned.
Option.... list again get a new number.

If you look at at your barcode and have less then 9 digits add 0s at the beginning. Add dashes between each of the three digits. You can view your bar code using one of the links on your profile.

Ya don't even need to click any buttons really; go into any s-type profile, and the links to certficates are right under the line that declares their status..such as free and unowned, collared submissive, owned slave and the owner is declared to be 'x'..
The certficate also comes in a varety of sizes.
As an aside, the second poster on the thread made reference as to how he's not been able to gain access to 'his'; well, that's a given , because he's an M-type, and as such, does not qualify for a number, nor a certificate.
I took a few moments to look his slave's number up, and the certificate link checks out fine there too.
All that said, I thik my work here is done (lol); it's just a question of knowing how to set a pofile up in the first place to get everything to link up nicely. It's one of those things where if ya do it right, it goes well, but if ya do it wrong, all manner off hell can break loose, and chances are you'll forget what ya just did to get ya there too!
Anyway, I'm glad ya sorted now all.
