For long term confinement in your belt you will have to have a custom one made to fit your body. The most comfortable belt I have ever seen in 35 years of kink, and D/S is made by a company called 'Reinholds protective underwear" http://www.reinholds.eu/10.html Visit the ladies site to get an idea of security and hygiene. This belt an be worn almost indefinitely by a woman. You would have to bathe often, and wear pads instead of tampons. Clearly I don't qualify but as chastity belts/devices are a fetish of mine I'll comment anyway. Tollyboy is your best bet. They are in the UK so no flying to other countries to be measured, then back for fitting, then back again for adjustments. Also current exchange rates make overseas manufacturers pretty expensive at present. You are best avoiding a cheaper item with a view to upgrading. You will only waste your money on something that will cause no end of problems. We have several. Bodily functions are possible with all, but take a long time to accomplish and to get clean and dry. Pee is easy. Poop is a tedious task. My belt with the coated cable that is like a thong- up between my butt cheeks, can be held off to the side, but takes an effort. If I dont move it, most poop will be split around it and exit anyway. I usually dont bother to try to hold it aside unless the poop is firm and will not come out around the cable. Belts with split chains are very easy to poop in. I am rarely affoded such luxury. My belt with the wide rear strap and a hole adjacent to my butt hole is the messiest to use. When my plug is incerted through that hole and locked in place, I cant poop till it is removed.
