It made me feel several different things all at the same time, and i found the experience much more psychologically effective than i had thought it would be. i would be interested to hear about how other slaves and submissives feel when caged or confined in a small area. i am particularly interested in any psychological aspects. I feel very safe and strangely, very free emotionally and mentally. It feels like all other aspects of the world are left at the cage door and inside is very pure and focused. The Boss works away all week but our conversations every night quite often involve me being in the cage whilst we talk. It makes me feel closer to Him I think. It is definately something that I would love to experience myself. I have mentioned this to Master. My questions are - what is the main purpose of people's cages? Is it where you sleep? Is it just used for punishment? or are you put in there to give your owner some quiet time? I was shackled by my hands and feet, also clamps on my nipples. I was in such pain and felt unworthy, and vowed to always be a good slave. Thankfully master didn't keep me there for too long. It is something I am very interested in doing in the future and am interested to hear about people's experiences. 17 Feb 09, 6:56 PM Raegan 5 yrs We originally got a cage to augment our owner/puppy dynamic and it has been one of the most psychologically useful purchases we have made. The cage is defined as being owned by me but is set out as his space where he can go to relax and escape the pressures of life, especially when I am not around. The cage became his safe haven for when he is stressed or just wanting some “downtime”. Occasionally the cage has been used for when I want him somewhere safe and out of the way, and in these instances it has been very important to him that the cage is locked and inescapable so he feels like a treasured possession. After all, I only take care to lock things away that are important! I was watching him one time, getting comfy amidst all my cushions and blankets that I have put in there, and absentmindedly commented that “everything in the cage is mine”, and he instantly had that submissive glow of contentment. When he is in the cage, he has described it as floating away into a calm peaceful state of being somewhat like spacing out when we do SM play. All is well; emotionally physically and mentally. I find the cage useful as a way of grounding him and have used it sometimes for preparing him for an intense SM session or when we are doing edge play as he tends to be more relaxed and eager to please after time spent in the cage. It doesn't hurt that he also looks adorable when he is in the cage so is quite pleasing to look at. I've never used the cage as a punishment as I don't think it would be appropriate in the dynamic we have, and I do not want him associating anything negative with this space. I would like to experiment with captivity but I would prefer to use a prison cell type scenario rather than a cage. 14 May 09, 12:27 PM slaveanne US, 5 yrs Master built a Pichard cage for me. Depending on how much He restrains me, and how long He keeps me caged the sensation varies from sensual pleasure to unbelievable agony. The worst is having my wrists cuffed in front then a bar is put through the side of the cage, through my elbows behind my back and fastened on the other side of the cage. There are also places to attach dildos and other implements for my (as Master calls them) "slave holes". When i am subjected to the maximum possible restraint and penetrations, after an hour i am a babbling, begging, crying, slave wishing only to be released. If i am not restrained, other than being in the cage itself, i can endure an entire night, even to the point of falling asleep. 17 May 09, 10:04 PM SlaveNika NL, 3 yrs Me and my Master are not living together yet, but we do spend as much time together as we possibly can. A few weeks ago when i was there He took me to a pet shop and bought a cage for me. At first i thought He was crazy. I always loved the idea of being caged, but i thought it was to soon to buy one already. When we got home we set the cage up. Then my Master told me to strip and get in. Not only did He lock the cage but He also cuffed me with ankles and wrists to the cage while i was lying down. I had always thought that i would get restless inside a cage, that i would beg to get released from the cage within half an hour and that it's only good for punishment, but to my surprise i loved it!! The instant i was inside i felt so submissive, so relaxed, so safe and although i was behind bars so close to my Master. Since my Master had carpenters coming over to place carpet in another room He left me in the cage to nap. I LOVED it, i felt so relaxed that i fell asleep straight away. I think it was my Master's intention in the first place to have the cage as a place for punishment as well, but seeing how relaxed it made me He now wants to keep it as a safe place for me and a place where i can return to my submissive state of mind after vanilla time. Now my heart belongs to Him and His world forever and ever ~ 18 May 09, 12:24 AM 483-608-929 US(OH), 4 yrs This one is not good with small spaces and found a "cage like" environment very overpoweringly claustrophobic. i wish i felt the calm others did at it but the effect for me was very definitely the opposite and SIR uses corner time instead of anything closed in.
