Unfortunately I cannot use it right now because of jaw problems, but when I did it was the most relaxing, safe feeling I have ever known. It actually helped me stop smoking. when I wanted a smoke I would just go in my room and put it in and sit there until my craving went away. The ball gags are awesome as long as they fit correctly. But I haven't worn it since I had my tongue pierced, so I cannot wear it for long periods of time, and it isn't as tight as it would have been if my tongue was free of piercings, so I can push it off and out a bit to check if my tongue ring is still secured as well to check if my piercing hole is being made bigger. But other than that, I love it. The feel of the rubber against my tongue and no way to talk really. The feeling of being helpless is stimilating. The size of the ball itself as well as how hard it is makes a big difference. my Master has a huge collection of ball gags that i wear a lot. Hardly a day goes by i don't at one time or another have my mouth stuffed with one. i am orally aroused (along with about every other orifice) and get turned on by a ball gag (and a lot of other gags). i love how a ball gag makes me drool and to help that i always drink a big glass of water just before the ball goes in. Something about seeing myself in the mirror, a shiny red ball gag pulled deep in my mouth, drooling all over my naked tits, small as they are! Ooops...there i go again, turning myself on. i am permitted to put a ball gag, of my choice in whenever i want to. Obviously i like it more when Master does it. While a simple ball gag on a leather strap is neat, my favorite is the full head harness type as it makes sure i cannot push the gag out. i have several and some even have small locks on the buckles. i use them from time to time when Master is gone and i want to do some self bondage and surprise Him when He comes home. My Master has made me a detachable head harness for my gag ball. I have a really small mouth so I can not use a big ball, but having the harness on with my ball gag just puts me on cloud nine so to speak.
