The entrance to the bladder can be reached on the female after about 50mm insertion, this gives the sensation of the sub wanting to urinate. The practice if done correctly can be very pleasurable for the sub, as well as putting complete trust in the Dom/Master.With experience, the size of thesound can be increased to expand the size of the urethra.
