To answer the OP's question, the above site has piercing needles, which are different than medical needles. But, you probably knew this. Nipples tend to catch on things, such as towels, bed sheets, clothes, our Master. CBRs won't snag as bad as barbells. Unimax also has a great supply of nipple ornaments. As far as play, i have some very small clover clamps that hook to the rings. When they are pulled i move in whatever direction Master pulls me.
