Instead of using a Tens machine we have one of those sets that is supposed to give you perfect abs without effort. Not the ones that look like a belt but one of the original style ones. The one we have has 8 different points so you can get a variety of different sensations going on in a load of places... and as you say you can vary the depth of buzz to suit. The only downside to this is it's not portable in any way. When I was sent to the pain clinic for one of my conditions I was given a tens machine to help stop continual pain. When the nurse was showing me how to use it I feigned ignorance and turned the dial to the number we would use on our machine for mid-pulse.... and it nearly sent me through the roof This one IS portable so I'm waiting to see if M decides to use when we go out some time So to answer your question... no you're not the only ones to enjoy them... but info does seem a bit thin on the ground.
