I don't let him do those things often in my presence and when I do, he knows he's been good and earned it. Of course, that's simply the way I chose to reward him. Around holidays, its rough on and for the both of us. We're both running constantly and he works extremely hard for me. Its reward enough for him to simply relax together for an hour. My slave has told me she enjoys being called "good fitta" or "good bitch" not the same (trust me), when shes good but when shes not been on her best behaviour i do not call her "fitta" or "bitch" but for the most part in training i agree reward is just as important as is punishment.
