The police got into it, naturally, and there was some kind of legal contention about whether they - prosecuting attorneys - could charge for kidnapping as well as murder/manslaughter. Also there where questions explored in the show whether those doing the kidnap could actually be tried for such as they thought it was a "scene" type thing. The show was fascinating and it seems that this query had come up in several places - not just TSR/SD - since i saw that show. so i can't help but wonder if that's why it keeps coming up, esp. as some of these programs on the tube seem to be in perpetual re-runs. We have not heard of this as a service either! We have however ourselves assisted some women before in arranging this fantasy. Great care must be taken to avoid any conflict with the local Law however, as well as misunderstandings!
