Can anyone suggest any good D/s or BDSM related social networking sites? There are a few out there that I've perused, and one or two that joined, but the signal to noise ratio seems to be creeping up as they become more popular. I guess that's the case with any site like that...but I'd love to find one with genuine social and educational interaction that's not being inundated with spam. Any suggestions?

Collarme.com could be considered a social networking site, but I find it more of a meat market. I will freely admit that I'm on it, but have found much more useful information and friendly discourse here.

With apologies to A/anyone here that's also on that site, I've found there are a lot of fakes, flakes and wanna-be's there.

Don't tell Me what I can't do. Instead, show Me what is available to Me and I will embrace all that I can with all that I have.

i met my last Master on collarme.com. i think it is more populated by wannabe's now than it used to be, but there are some real people there. They are few and hard to find, just as they are in the world generally, actually, 238-864-563

I find the discussions on bondage.com wide ranging and highly varied. The archives are quite good, too. It is a very large site and I understand that some people get lots of junk email, although I never have.

Participating in the forums on bondage.com will get you included in the community feel of the place.

I still check in there from time to time, but I find the conversations here are more focused on topics I'm interested in.

So, I'd recommend bondage.com if you are looking to branch out. Some people know it as a porn site (that's what it started as), some as a personals site, but it has lots more, too. You can get significant benefits as a free member so it's worth checking out. If you really like it, or want access to the erotica and porn, then you can become a paid member.

Also, they have a portal to bondage irc which can be a fun time.

i found Daddy on collarme, of course, i was outrageously lucky to find Him ANYWHERE. He found me the day after i posted my ad there so my actual experience was very, very limited. But i confess it worked for me.

I was recommended mydungeonspace.com as a community orientated and quite small networking site.

From what I've heard it's quite good, but will freely admit that I'm not a member so can't comment on more than hearsay.

Personally I've gone off of the big networking sites - most especially alt.com and bondage.com (especially since it's acquisition ~by~ alt) as they seem to be full of the posturing of the sadly trolling wannabe.

There are only so many cock pics that one really desires to open her inbox to each morning! *grins*

In my original post, I was thinking along the lines of mydungeonspace, and a few others I've come across. Some of the Web 2.0-ish sites appear to be experiencing an increase in spam and noise, from what I can tell, so I was just wondering what others experiences were.

Maybe TSR is the only one I need :)

You can go to www.fetlife.com It's new and seems to be a really good site. All tho I'm not looking except to met others of like minds, make friends and learn.
