Reputable doctors who routinely perform sex change surgery, with a years psychotherapy and certificates of mental stability from two Phd therapists will do so. There is a 3 percent regret rate. The patient must do this for their own reasons and be of sound mind. No different than elective cosmetic surgery, but for your worldview. There is also a vast difference between a sex change surgery and being castrated to please a Mistress. As this is a Public forum, and as Everyone on here is entitled to their opinion and thoughts, that is mine. I pass no judgement, just give my views. Please do not assume you know me or what any of my motivations may be. You might want to read back your first sentence and re apply it to yourself. If you do not agree with my thoughts that is your prerogative.
