A surgeon who would preform such a procedure with no medical reason to do so would have to be questioned. This is a very permanent thing and if for some reason things don't work out between slave and owner that is something he then has to live with. I would also question the fact that a Mistress would demand such a thing. It is more then just body modification but something that will be for life and there is no way to reverse it. As far and my knowledge goes about female genitalia, we would have this conversation, but probably not in such a length. You see. As far as I know (and please, correct me if I'm wrong), the impact in the female sexuality wouldn't be severe as on the male. In case of a male, the whole functionality of the genitalia is irreversibly destroyed; there's no coming back. The man, typically, ceases to be a man, since the testosterone is gone. Most castrated don't even get an erection (if they keep their penises, that is). In the case of the female, she could have sex normally. She still got a clitoris, she still got a part of the womb; even if it's a small part. Sexual intercourse is possible; even with the hormonal changes. I presume?... I made a small research in Google, and from what I saw, in most cases women can still have sex normally. The problems which occur are most of the times psychological. :-S To be honest... you question made me question myself. I think you've got a point. There shouldn't be much fuzz about the gender. To my humble opinion, every body modification -especially if it's irreversible- is unacceptable but for medical reasons. Any Master imposing something like that to his/her slave, is not "my type" of Master; if I may say so. And thank God, as far as I know, in most civilized countries such surgeries are forbidden when asked for a wimp. I could be wrong of course; my humble opinion. I personally think the trick though, would be to find one who actually still (or ever) holds a medical license and follows the oath taken when given their doctorate. I would bet, that most willing to do this procedure would, IMO, be in the same category as the back alley abortionists of days gone by.
