He's pondering a tongue ring for me, to *enhance* oral sex. I'm not sure how I feel about it. Meh. I'll be honest. I'm scared to get it done but I love the idea of him having me do it. Besides, the tongue ring is probably the next piercing I'd get on my own anyway, if I were so inclined to get further piercing. Thing is, I'm not really so inclined - I'm happy with my 5 earrings and belly ring - but hey. If He wants it, He gets it. Discussed nipple rings with him briefly though, and he seems to be changing his mind on them somewhat. He told me we'd discuss it again after my surgery - I'm getting a breast reduction done this summer, freaken FINALLY! - and that kinda scares me. I can only speak for Myself, but in My eyes, the piercings are a mark of My ownership of My pet (thus far I only have her nipples pierced, but am seriously consider a clit hood piercing). Also, they are a sign of her submission to Me, insofar as she gets piercings because I want her to whether she wants to or not. Piercings have a high functional appeal for my master (as opposed to me, for whom they're almost exclusively aesthetic). He wanted the triangle ring to have an attachment point down there. I guess the labia rings are going to be functional, too, with the option of switching them out once healed for a single ring to hold the labia shut (eep). Plus there's the "functionality" of physically enhacing my sensation and arousal, making me more manipulable. The modern body piercing scene has its roots pretty much entirely in the (homosexual, underground) S&M scene, where genital and oral piercings were done for their sexual effects. Still are, huh? LOL. Make sure your tongue is pierced by a GOOD piercer who knows what they're doing, and make sure your master is aware of the high risk of tooth chipping this piercing carries (which is why you want a good piercer to do it; placement can be everything). For it to enhance oral sex, I understand that the gauge has to be pretty chunky, so you have stretching in your future. I didn't know that...definitely going to need to find a good piercer. I know of at least two that come highly recommended, one of whom has done my other piercings, and the other who did my friend's VCH, which has healed beautifully. Does it tear pads? How soon can said part be used after piercing? (not using the piercing, just that area). The rest i'll read on some of the piercing sites that have been shared before. Shaving shouldn't be much of an issue, since there's no hair actually on your clit hood. The main thing you'd want to be super careful of is getting any shaving products into your unhealed piercing. You would just want to move your skin around carefully without pulling more than you need to. I don't think you'll find that it's all that tricky. I don't shave, but I do wax occasionally. When I tried to wax too soon with a healing triangle piercing, it jerked the tissue around and ended up irritating the piercing. I wish I had just waited. I haven't had to change anything I usually do to keep clean down there (wash with water when I shower, mainly). It's plenty possible to wipe gently around my piercing, even before it healed. You don't wanna be using soap down there anyway, or at least I don't because it always leads to yeast infections. If a piece of jewelry could tear a pad, I wouldn't want it anywhere near my girly bits! Body piercing jewelry is smooth ... I use cloth pads most of the time with no problem. I don't find that I get much mess up towards the clit area, but if I do a little rinse with warm water and I'm good. Clit hood piercings, particularly the vertical ones, are well-known for being really simple and easy to heal. Apparently a lot of people are back boinking the next day or so. More of a rest than that can't be a bad idea, but I don't think you'd be out of commission for long, if at all. Triangles go through much more meat than a hood piercing and take a lot longer to heal but I was able to have sex without discomfort in two weeks. I think everyone I've heard tell about their hood piercings said they were really glad they had it done. It's such a thin piece of tissue for the needle to go through -- much thinner than earlobes let alone niples. You'll be fine. I take things slow not to pull them. I use just a razor and gel. If you want any more information you can always memo me.
