I am kept naked with a bondage belt locked on at home with my wrists cuffed to a short chain attached to my bondage belt. I am given a flogging each morning and on occassions Mistress Tamara has punished me by taking a riding crop to my butt hole. I came across a website several months ago that discussed "penis discipline". Unfortunately, I didn't save the link and can't post it for everyone to see, but I was really very interesting. It outlined an entire training and conditioning course. Basically, the goal was to teach a manslave how to maintain his erection during steady and rhythmic intercourse, and how to suppress his own orgasm so that he could copulate for a good long time without ejaculating. It showed photos of a "penis trainer" that was essentially a glass tube sticking up from the middle of a wooden platform and attached to a series of rods that could be adjusted so the tube could be oriented in any position. The tube is lubricated, the guy gets down on the platform, inserts his penis into it, and has intercourse with it as if it were a vagina. The site even gave a sheet showing how many times a guy should mount the "penis trainer", how long he should copulate each time, and the speed of his thrusts. It gave a schedule for gradually increasing the duration of the training with each passing week and when the speed of the thrusts should be increased. It also gave an "after training" report on three guys whose Mistresses supposedly put them through this training course and, well, it talked about some REMARKABLE results.
