No such thing as 'just slave,' no one is 100% owned, every slaves gives their submission so they may share an experience with their Master and thats a gift that needs to be respected and developed over time. Its an adventure baby.

The following rant was approved by Master.

In the permission to speak thread Miss Aisha stated: "they are after all just slaves".

This has stuck in my craw for quite some time. Just a slave? Like we are so easily trained that we are disposable? That all our efforts, service, tears and gifts are nothing?

In consenual slavery, although we are owed, we cannot be bought or sold. Our service is a gift, freely given. That cannot and should not be so offhandedly dismissed.

well, discuss amougst yourselves. Master and i are moving, and will be without internet accses for a week or so.

i repeated this in another thread but thought you might find this interesting.

Whenever i am avoiding a difficult question, i will facetiously say, but Sir, i am just a slave.

One evening recently, whilst planning my collaring celebration, my Master said to me, "What do you want next, confetti (as in a wedding)? you are just a slave after all and nothing more." I said nothing.

The next day, He asked me a question for which i could not possibly know the answer to and He knew this. I replied, "But Sir, i am just a slave, how could i know?" A bit tongue in cheek i will admit.

He turned to me and said, "That is like saying you are just a Rolls Royce and nothing more. What else could you need to be? slaves are wonderful, magical creatures and i think they are very special indeed."

So, i am indeed, "just a slave".

This seems strange for such a site that it wishes to censor views that dont quite tie in with all this 'a slave is equal' cosiness that perplexs me as the whole point of being a slave i would have thought is to lower oneself in some way.

Is it possible that you thought wrong, as you are the one who seems to be perplexed? Or that perhaps there are simply different schools of thought on the matter, and that yours is just not that popular here?

I have met people who make very, very inferior slaves. Shudderingly so, to the point where I wonder if they actually feel the call to service or are using their submission as a bandage to cover some other issue.

I have met people who make incredibly superior slaves, people who even experienced dominants can sit back and enjoy the company of as equals if not actually learn from in various ways.

Similarly, I have met people who make inferior and superior dominants. I don't think it's the position that makes the person, I think it's the person who makes the position. I've yet to notice a person I considered somehow inferior suddenly rise in my opinion just because they taped the word "Master" or "Mistress" to the front of their nametag. Also, two of the people who I most respect in the local kink community are slaves, and my Daddy holds one of them up as an example from whom anyone interested in submission can learn. This same woman comes off as neither inferior, anyone's meat nor a doormat.

I think that feeling a call to service, either in general or to a particular person, suggests a inferiority on a person's part just as much as a call to dominance suggests a need to compensate for a personal lack on someone else's.

I love it when we start up a fight and I love it when the fight ends your way. I love it when you call me names. - Joan Armatrading

I somehow felt compelled to bother you with this mediocre poem:

She's just a slave. No business woman in a fancy dress, No high-heeled film star on the dais, No disillusioned bank clerk, sad but free - She's just a naked barefoot slave. Let others rule the world, she'll serve.

She's just a slave. No haute cuisine for her, just kitchen scraps. No spa vacation, only toil. No date or dinner: she's just used. She has to beg where others claim.

She's just a slave: She does not sell nor buy, she's sold and owned. And if she fails - She'll taste the whip, and gratefully. No false excuses covering her shame.

She's just a slave. Mere property. The Master speaks and she obeys.

She's just a slave. But without her, Poor Master's life would fade away.

"So much for art." Greetings,

I'd never read this topic before today, and I really enjoyed it.

I've always loved the phrase "just a slave."

I love the contradiction-that-isn't-really-a-contradiction... That slaves are the most valuable, beautiful, noble... (I could go on) things on earth, that in being "just a slave" you are nothing more than a slave and yet what greater thing could a soul ever strive to be? I love that if one is "just a" slave, they've shed the excess, the ugliness... the ego... and only the slave remains. I love how cruel it sounds to the outsider who hears "just a slave" while the boy hears it and knows there is no greater compliment. I love the simplicity.

I don't know... it's just really pretty to Me.

I like it too. I am just a slave. Nothing more, - nothing less. Hence my name for that is all I am. It is ALL of me.

This will be my first time posting .. as i too see 'just a slave' being offensive

When i freely gifted myself to my Master .. i did so out of deep respect and love .. knowing that He valued my gift .. of my heart, soul, mind and body .. A true Dom /Master/Mistress realizingly knows that slaves/submissive's do have true value

That we all have a gift to give ..after all isnt submission a beautiful gift ?

To those just "playing the game",just a slave comment says it all, this girl was chosen,is being nurtured and appreciated for her experiences, her nature and talents as a precious possession.Only her Owner knows exactly what she means to Him and its sure NOT "just a slave"just my three cents(had to add an extra cent because this angered this one too)

An afterthought after reading all responses on this subject,it is all on how words are used.As we all know, one single word can be used to either harm or elevate,so this girl will say some of the posts she enjoyed muchly!

Gebieter You may write this poem off as mediocre but I think not. I like it and its sentiments. It can apply to us male slaves too. Just change the gender terms.

So much for art you say? This IS art.

Soviel für Kunst? Dieß ist es.
