IDENTIFICATION
This is to hereby state that __________________________hereby surrenders her former life, name and belongings to MASTER C (hereinafter known as MASTER or OWNER), to become__________________. intention is shown and sworn to be permanent and lasting by the following signatures.
Master C, hereinafter referred to as “OWNER”, hereby binds this contract with subordinate ______________________, hereinafter referred to as “slave” in this submission contract. Said Contract refers to total dominance and control of Owners in their relationship with said slave in aspects of daily routine, such as sets of rules and given obligations.
OF PURPOSE
The purpose of this contract is to instill the security of Ownership and all that such servitude implies. This contract is intended to be a measure of control and intends to cover all aspects of servitude.
OF VALIDITY
This contract is valid for life irrevocably beginning on ___________and may only , be terminated the OWNER. Penalty of Breach is due payable upon demand and is the total sum of negotiable USD______________________(signed by guarantee)
Symbols of Ownership May be used. These would include but not limited to the following: Permanent steel collar, cuffs and anklets, which keys are held by Owners, and any other future marks or tokens Owners may wish to bestow. Symbols of Ownership are both of visible and intimate nature, and are a reminder of slave's status, to be worn with pride as symbols of control and the lifestyle chosen by slave.
OF DUTIES
Above all, it is the slave's duty to please her OWNER, reckoning that her body, virtues and fears are now of HIS belonging. The slave must indulge to any and every personal wish of OWNER, as long as it does not inflict PERMANENT damage or harm. Hereinafter the slave reckons that the only purpose of her existence is that of pleasing her OWNER to the best of her abilities, and will be trained, disciplined and punished when necessary in order to achieve such purpose, or only for the pleasure of OWNER. The slave will dress and behave as desired by OWNER. The slave will perform household and secretarial duties such as cleaning and keeping home in order, laundry, shopping, cooking, running errands, organization of documents, caring for children when requested. Any task assigned is considered permanent, and if the slave does not have the knowledge required for performing such, the OWNER will see to it that the slave is trained properly in such tasks. The OWNER has the right to dispose of slave's body as desired, in whatever place or manner HE should choose, to keep her in bondage, to whip and punish her for the slightest infraction or simply for HIS pleasure, paying no attention to her pleas or cries.
This Contract, as follows, is to set obligations and rules to slave, covering aspects of its life, including working hours, play time, education and punishment. Clauses can be included after the signing of this document, and it is valid for lifetime of the Contract.
RULES AND OBLIGATIONS OF SLAVES EDUCATION, TRAINING, PUNISHMENT AND DAILY LIFE
DAILY ROUTINE: The following set the slaves daily obligations, as will be set and stated in a chronogram to be elaborated and fixed according to changes in OWNER'S and slave's routine:
Household duties: Cleaning; Straightening up; Laundry; Shopping; Cooking; Errands; Baby-sitting; and Sex.
Secretarial duties: - Form filing and organization - Use of skills
Sleeping habits: The slave may be required to sleep in bondage, or in a DOGGY BED, of a proper size, at the feet of OWNER'S own.
DRESS-CODE: The OWNER is to determine what is and what isn't appropriate for slave. General guidelines are that at all times the slave must look delicate, feminine, sexy, cute and doll-like. Owner will decide daily what the slave is to wear or not wear.
The slave will always abide with the following items, determined, designed and configured by the OWNER:
• Tattoos • Body piercings • Clothes • Underwear • Shoes • Accessories • Hair-style • Nails • Make-up • Others: The slave must always be shaved, with no body hair on legs, arm pits, facial or pubic region. Eyebrows must be trimmed and designed. An appropriate scent WILL be worn by slave. That Scent will be OWNER's discretion
WORK AND STUDY ACTIVITIES
Work and work related events: The slave will be allowed to work outside her OWNER'S estate, in any area HE considers proper. These activities must not interfere with her performance as a slave. College: The slave will be allowed to study in courses and institutions approved of by OWNER. Goals of achievement will assigned to slave by OWNER, assuring from rewards to severe punishment. Skill development (college and additional courses) Fashion Events: Taking in consideration that such events are a common part of the slave's area of work and interest, if necessary, slave must address OWNER for permission to attend these happenings.
RECREATION
Computer: The slave must request permission to OWNER to use a computer for entertainment or work. All accounts accessible by slave must be disclosed, with login and password to OWNER. Entertainment (films, TV, cartoons, music, and reading): All recreational activities must be approved of by OWNER previously.
Library: At times slave may require permission from OWNER to visit facilities such as libraries in order to study.
Sports and Play: The slave may engage in physical practice and activities approved of or determined by OWNER, and only in such occasions will she be allowed to wear trainers.
Creative activities (such as sewing, designing, drawing, etc.): During free periods of time slave may be allowed to perform creative activities, always displaying the result to OWNER.
FINANCES AND EXPENDITURES:
If slave is to have a paying job, profit will be considered part of OWNER'S income. Basic needs and maintenance of looks of slave are to be seen to and all acquisitions approved of by OWNER.
Clothes and accessories: these items will only be acquired in presence of OWNER and with HIS approval.
Beauty products and of personal hygiene: such as make-up and moisturizers will be provided as necessary in order to maintain slave in most desirable condition.
Grooming services (i.e.: hair dresser): such services will be seen to as acknowledged necessary by OWNER.
STIPULATION AND EXLUSIONS
Contact with slave's family and friends:
OWNER'S authority supersedes that of slave in any decisions determining residence, travel plans and visitation to family and friends by slave. She will be not be allowed to write, talk or visit any family member or friend without OWNER'S express permission. OWNER will allow on yearly visit to slave's family not to last for longer than one week, and subject to OWNER'S consent of the timing of it.
Contact with OWNER'S family and friends: Slave shall not involve itself in any activity promoted by OWNER'S family, besides the normal friendly relationship unless otherwise directed by the OWNER.
BEHAVIOR
Among friends and relatives: The condition of slave is to be exposed to anyone the OWNER consider appropriate. The slave shall treat OWNER'S friends and family with utmost respect.
In private:
The slave should display an obedient and respectful attitude at all times, including attitudes such as promptness, kneeling to serve, loyalty and honesty. OWNER's desires are more important than any other activity slave may be engaged in. OWNER must be addressed to as “MASTER or SIR”, unless HE desires differently.
In public:
The slave must remain in sight at all times, unless directed to do differently by OWNER. In public she must call HIM “MASTER or SIR”, or as HE desires, always displaying love, obedience, courtesy and respect. The slave may be lead on a leash, if desired by OWNER.
In events for the BDSM public:
OWNER may display slave under leash, on all fours, within boundaries of specialized events, if HE desires to do so. On such occasions, slave must be always in her best behavior. At all times the slave acknowledges that she must maintain a sweet, loving, delicate and positive behavior at all times. Punishment must always be accepted gladly and happily. Slave must also be loyal and open, and not maintain any kind of relationship with outside party without the knowledge of OWNER.
The slave is allowed to speak freely with the OWNER as long as she is not questioning a command and speaks with the utmost respect. This type of speech should begin with a request for permission to speak.
TRAINING
The slave may and will be spanked, physically restricted in bondage and flogged, among other practices as means of education, training and punishment. Bondage may be applied at any given time, without reason, only with the purpose of aesthetics, amusement and pleasure of OWNER.
Education and discipline: The slave will be trained and disciplined by OWNER as HE desires. Spankings and the whip may be used as forms of motivation.
PUNISHMENT: Punishment will be given for any offense bestowed upon OWNER, and note will be taken in a log book. Punishment may vary in degree according to the offense and administered as OWNER desires.
Degrees of Punishment 1: MILD= grounding ; spanking; bondage; pinching 2. Intermediate= flogging; spanking; slapping; intense bondage; gags 3. Severe= whipping; suspension; caning; caging.
* OWNER may apply a combination of items as desired. Owner also has the right to expand on this not to exceed the following limits.
LIMITATIONS PRE-AGREED BETWEEN OWNERS-SLAVE OWNER-slave relationship will never contain any of the following items (hard-limits): scat; necrophilia; limb loss; mutilation; suicide or Death.
HEALTH Hence slave's body is now property of OWNER; HE will undertake responsibility of protecting slave's body, not inflicting, or allowing anyone to inflict, upon her permanent damage or harm. OWNER shall assure the health, protection and security of slave's body and mind (deemed by OWNER) in whatever way possible.
Permanent Damage or Harm: broken bones, burns, mutilation and death will be acknowledged of as permanent damage or harm.
SEX: OWNER may display or use slave's body when, where, how and with who or what HE desires, within the limits set by the present Contract. Dressing-up for role playing, or wearing provocative/sexy clothing will be done as desired by OWNER.
DISCLOSURE OF SLAVE STATUS Signs and symbols of slave's status - body piercing of sex (outer labia); septum (ring and captive bead); any other as desired by OWNER
Tattoos: The slave MAY be tattooed, but with no exaggeration.
Branding: OWNER has determined that anytime after the first anniversary of this contract, slave MAY be branded with HIS monogram or whatever other sign of property HE desires.
Plug: The slave is to wear an anal plug (of owners choosing). * The slave is not allowed to touch the plug when accompanied by her OWNER, and must only remove it when strictly necessary.* In the presence of her OWNER, the slave must humbly request HIM to remove it as needed. The slave must signal if long term use produces harm. Scars: Some faint scars may be produced by severe whipping and/or caning.
Collar and other accessories: The collar, cuffs and anklets will be locked and the keys kept inaccessible to slave. The slave must signal to OWNER if permanent wear produces harm. OWNER'S name may be engraved visibly or disclosed in order to state HIS property of slave.
In all items dealing with objects, the slave must assure the cleanliness and good condition of such under severe punishment penalty.
CHILDREN :
The slave is to care for any children her OWNER may have, as well as bear, if HE desires so, HIS offspring. Otherwise, birth control measures will be used in order to assure this.
FURTHER REGARDS: OWNER bestows full power upon slave and may depict parental rules upon which she must model her behavior to more thoroughly be of service.
This Contract is valid irrevocable and may be altered only by the OWNER, at HIS wish. The disrespect or disobedience to any of the above stated obligations will be severely punished Or called upon to be compensated.
Both OWNER and slave accept, understand and agree to it, irrevocably, that unless it is desired by OWNER the power to end this Contract at any time and for any reason is nonexistent.
This Contract is valid from _____________ on with no time or place restrictions. May it be known to all that it is CONSENSUAL, and it is confirmed by the signatures below to be of free will. There may be a confirmation ritual at Owner's discretion to solidify the validity of this contract.
